being able to get real world feedback on how people engage with what you’re building is more important than making it perfect to start as feedback will shift what you build.

• rather than code up a whole new front end for a sales call, do a figma mock up
• rather than spend 20hrs editing a product video, take 1hr and record and edit on your phone
• rather than wait to get to computer to respond to email, send that update from your phone
