1. get to know your team
- many people jump right into work, but it’s hard to build momentum if you don’t know each other.
- this is important especially virtually because you won’t have the bump in moments like in person.
- schedule a call where your goal is get to know each other.
2. make a plan
- individually block off hours you have free
- share that with your team
- make a hub (google doc or notion) where you can share all research
- set milestones
- when do you want to pick a problem by
- when will the demo be done by
- when will you ask for feedback
- when will make the slides
- divide + conquer
- set who will do what
- multiple people can work towards demo
