- set 1 time every week 30min-60min for yourself to do these, and don't move or cancel the meeting. it's one of the most important things yu can do
- use google sheets, notion or a place you can track weekly progress
- have another founder join (if you’re pre-team) as squadding up can help with the grind and push for feedback or competitive support which is helpful
- once you have a founding team, you should do this with your co-founder

- use metrics: # customer calls, features shipped
- any challenges in the week?
- review weekly goals (set them prior week and cross off)
- make sure to prioritize big bucket items: customers, product, team
